The collaborative development of flexibility and high-resolution technologies has become the core competitive field for enterprises. The 6.8-inch flexible AMOLED touch TFT screen developed by BOE uses ultra-thin polyimide substrate material and can achieve complete folding of 180 degrees. After testing, the folding life exceeds 200,000 times. At the same time, it is equipped with 1080P high-definition resolution and 120Hz high refresh rate, balancing form innovation and display effect. Shentianma has made breakthroughs in the high-resolution field. Its 10.1-inch 2.5K touch TFT screen has a pixel density of 300PPI and color reproduction accuracy exceeding 95%. With its delicate display effect, it has entered professional fields such as medical ultrasound equipment and high-end vehicle displays. 


The upgrade of wide temperature adaptability and protection performance has enhanced the industrial value of the technology. To meet the special requirements of industrial control and smart home, the industrial-grade touch TFT screens launched by relevant enterprises have achieved a wide temperature working range of -40℃ to 85℃, capable of adapting to the working environments of outdoor equipment in cold regions and workshops with high temperatures. In terms of protection performance, through special coating technology and sealing processes, some products have a waterproof and dustproof rating of IP67, ensuring stable operation even in dusty storage environments or humid kitchen scenarios, providing reliable interaction guarantees for intelligent warehouse robots and smart kitchen appliances, etc.

IDC display industry analyst Li Mengqi pointed out that the technological upgrade of TFT touch-sensitive color screens has shifted from "parameter enhancement" to "scene adaptation". In the future, with the integration of AI algorithms and touch control technology, more intelligent interaction methods such as gesture recognition and pressure sensing are expected to be realized.
