Latest company news about Bibuke Company Releases Guidelines for Using LCD Screens

Recently, the well-known electronic equipment manufacturer Bibuke released a guide on the precautions for using LCD screens, aiming to help users better maintain and extend the lifespan of the screens. With the widespread application of LCD technology in various devices, the correct usage method has become particularly important.

The technical experts of Bibuke pointed out that when using LCD screens, the first thing to pay attention to is electrostatic protection. During the operation, it is necessary to ensure that the human body and electrical equipment are grounded. It is best to use conductive table mats and wear cotton or conductive-treated fiber clothing, avoiding wearing synthetic fiber materials, as this can reduce the generation of static electricity. It is recommended that the relative humidity of the working environment be maintained between 50% - 60%.

Before using, users should carefully check if the product meets the quality standards. If any quality issues or defects are found, do not remove the manufacturer's plastic padding and contact the relevant after-sales personnel in time. To prevent contamination of electrical contacts or the glass surface, gloves or finger covers should be worn during operation.

In welding and other operations, correct welding techniques and ventilation requirements must be followed. Bibuke particularly emphasized that only if the product has the original plastic padding and no additional customer assembly materials have been added, appearance defects will be covered by the warranty. Damage caused by improper operation such as scratch on the polarizer will be regarded as handling damage caused by the customer.

In daily use, users should pay attention to the following points:

Working conditions: The equipment should be used within the rated voltage and current limits. Exceeding the specifications for power supply will result in irreparable damage. The viewing angle of the LCD will change with the variation of the liquid crystal driving voltage (Vo), and users can appropriately adjust Vo to obtain the best contrast. At the same time, avoid driving the LCD above the limit voltage to prevent shortening its lifespan.

Abnormal situations: If the LCD module displays the same pattern for a long time, it may cause ghosting and slight unevenness in contrast. After suspending use for a period of time, it will return to normal. This phenomenon will not affect the performance and reliability. When operating below the working temperature range, the response time will be significantly delayed, but this does not mean that the LCD has failed. It will return to normal after returning to the specified temperature range. If the display area is pressed forcefully during operation, it may cause display abnormalities. Closing and reopening the device can restore it. In addition, condensation on the terminals may cause electrochemical reactions, damaging the terminal circuit, so it should be used under 40°C, 50% relative humidity conditions.

Storage and transportation: LCD screens should be stored within the specified temperature range. High temperature and high humidity may cause polarization degradation, bubble formation or peeling of the polarizer. Avoid touching, pressing or rubbing the exposed polarizer with objects harder than HB pencil. When cleaning the adhesive on the front and back of the polarizer, it is recommended to use hexane, avoiding using chemicals such as acetone, toluene, ethanol and isopropanol, as they may damage the reflector made of organic substances.

Bibuke hopes that this guide will help users better understand and use LCD screens, improving the stability and reliability of the equipment. If users encounter any problems during use, they can contact the customer service team of Bibuke for help at any time.
