A large amount of production capacity is concentrated in China, attracting many upstream material and equipment suppliers to invest and set up factories in the country, thus improving the local supply chain system.
Nowadays, the domestic production rate of key materials and equipment, from glass substrates, polarizing films to driver chips, is gradually increasing.
However, China's LCD industry is not without worries. The sluggish global consumer market and the rise of trade protectionism pose challenges to industrial development. Meanwhile, emerging display technologies such as OLED and Micro LED are constantly evolving, and competition is becoming increasingly fierce.
